Scope of Certification

1, the organization should not be included in the national credit information serious dishonesty subject directory, and the establishment of a standard requirements of the documented occupational health and safety management system, before applying for certification should complete the internal audit and management review, and to ensure the effective operation of the management system for more than three months;
2. The organization shall provide ZOHO with sufficient information on the operation of the occupational health and safety management system. For multi-sites, the certification scope, address and personnel distribution of each site shall be explained. ZOHO will audit the multi-site by sampling;
3. Since the establishment of the occupational health and safety management system, the organization shall maintain the self-evaluation of the compliance with laws and regulations, and take necessary corrective measures in time when it does not meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;
4, the organization manager should be able to its occupational health and safety management system related to all the hazards and risks in the administrative and financial responsibility;
5. The organization manager has the right to decide how to realize its occupational health and safety policy by establishing occupational health and safety objectives, indicators and management programs, and has the right to allocate the personnel, money, materials and resources needed for the establishment, implementation and improvement of occupational health and safety management system; stipulate the limits of responsibility for activities that can lead to danger;

8. IS045001:2018 audit is a compliance verification activity that collects objective evidence. In order to make the audit proceed smoothly, the organization should make necessary arrangements for ZOHO to carry out initial certification audit, follow-up audit, supervision audit, recertification audit, special audit and complaint resolution, including document audit, on-site audit, access to relevant records and visitors, etc. The audit is divided into two stages. The first stage includes document and information audit and on-site visit, and the second stage is on-site audit.
9. The purpose of the first stage audit includes:
a. Review the management system documents of the applicant organization;
B. Evaluate the specific conditions of the applicant organization's operating premises and site, and discuss with the applicant personnel to determine the preparation of the second phase of the audit;
c. Review the applicant organization's understanding and implementation of the requirements of the standard, especially the identification of key performance or important factors, processes, objectives and operations of the management system;
d. Collect necessary information on the scope, process and site of the management system of the applicant organization, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements and compliance;
e. Review the allocation of resources required for the second phase of the audit and agree with the applicant organization on the details of the second phase of the audit;
f. Fully understand the management system and site operation of the applicant organization in combination with possible important hazard factors in order to make a policy.Plan the second stage audit to provide concerns;
g. Evaluate whether the applicant organization has planned and implemented internal audit and management review, and whether the implementation degree of the management system can prove that the applicant organization is ready for the second stage audit.

g. List of applicable environmental laws and regulations and relevant standards;

h. Target and indicator management plan;

I. Relevant background material of the organization;

j. Performance data for a period of time, such as the achievement of the performance objectives of the occupational health and safety management system, the occupational disease detection report and the monitoring report of harmful factors in the workplace;
l. Exchange records related to government departments, such as safety and law-abiding certification documents issued by administrative departments:

-occupational hazard pre-assessment report or safety assessment report (when applicable);

-a copy of the "three simultaneous" acceptance certificate (when applicable);

-Workplace harmful factor control index standard emission monitoring report;

-proof that the system has not been subject to safety administrative punishment during its operation;
